Apartments - Example System

If the apartment is ground floor, then in this example put the PIR in the lounge area and a door contact on the front door. At night you can set the alarm so the front door and lounge PIR are active, but disable the bedroom PIR. 

For enhanced security add an additional PIR to be placed in the bedroom.
